Mulayam Singh has woken up and now he is trying to catch up with Modi on development plank.The Adarsh Gram Yojna as per Mulayam is copy of his village development scheme launched by him in early 90s.Lets believe that Mulayam is correct for sake of argument.But then that scheme is not successful and if Modi's Scheme is successful than its clear that key is execution.One example is use of Amitabh Bachhan ,Mulayam can claim that Modi has copied him by using Amitabh.But see the difference.Mulayam used Amitabh for JURM YAHAN KUM HAI ,UP MAIN BAHUT DUM HAI and Modi used him for KUCH DIN TOH GUJARIYE GUJARAT MEIN.Today while inaugurating the Lucknow Agra Exp Way he has realized that schemes are starting but not reaching their conclusion.Some days back he lambasted his son for distributing laptops which has costed him the dream of becoming PM
